The Noah Association, founded in 2013 in Tyrol, financially and ideologically supports the Noe Partium initiative in Romania to operate a residential home and day care for people with cognitive disabilities.
In Mikula, Satu Mare, the "House of Smiles" was opened in October 2017, offering ten young people with disabilities care and employment.

In November 2020, the construction of another residential building for ten people began. The state support in Romania is low, so the project is supported by voluntary work, proceeds from workshop and garden products, and donations.
