Tax Deductibility of Donations in Austria

We are very pleased that donations to the Noah Association are now tax-deductible. The tax-deductibility applies from February 17, 2023. This means that all donations made by persons and companies subject to Austrian tax after this date can be deducted from taxes.

To make this possible, we need from the donors their full name (as it appears on the registration certificate) and the date of birth. These data and the donation amount will be reported to the tax office at the beginning of 2026. During the annual tax assessment, the donations will then be automatically considered as a special expense. Companies will receive a donation certificate from us.

Donations to the Noah Association are 100% forwarded to the Noe Partium initiative.
