About Us

The Noah Association supports the development and operation of a facility for people with intellectual disabilities in Romania.

In 2017, our partner organization Noe Partium in Romania opened the “House of Smiles” in Micula, a village in Satu Mare County in northwestern Romania. The center provides day care, loving support, and professional assistance for up to 15 people.

A residential home has been completed and will soon open its doors. There, ten people will find community, professional support, and a family-like home environment.

The project is supported by a dedicated professional staff team and many volunteers.

Funding comes from donations, contributions from people with disabilities, designated tax allocations in Romania, and public grants.
